Exchanges

If you are not happy with your Mayra swimsuit for any reason, you may exchange your suit for either a different size or style. If an exchange request is made for a more expensive suit, you will be charged for the difference in retail price between the suit originally purchased and the exchanged suit. If an exchanged request is made for a less expensive suit, we will refund the difference to you.We will also recharge shipping fees for the new item/s.

If you would like to exchange your suit, please:
1. Repackage your swimsuit in a protected, secure package;
2. Include the original invoice and a clear statement of the reason for the requested change;
3. Return the suit or suits to us within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise; and
4. On the original invoice or written statement of the reason for the requested exchange, please clearly indicate to us the desired exchange swimsuit\\\'s
style name and number the desired size and color for the returned suit.

To better serve you and all of our valued customers, we would also request that you kindly send an email to us at exchanges@mayracollection.com to notify us in advance of your request for an exchange so we are better prepared
to handle your request. We also ask that you include in your email to us a statement of the reason for the requested exchange (in addition to the written statement of the reason for the requested exchange to be included with the returned package) and the desired exchange swimsuit\\\'s style name and number, size and color.

Absolutely no exchanges will be accepted for any reason if postmarked more than 10 calendar days from the date of your receipt of the merchandise. We
recommend that you use a shipping method that provides a receipt for proof of
shipment. Please enclose the original invoice with your securely re-packaged item(s) and provide a short but clear statement of the reason for your requested exchange.
All tags must be attached to the garments (no exceptions).
Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be taken back. If we receive an item(s) for exchange in such condition we will charge you $25 and return the item(s) back to you.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective swimsuit, Mayra collection will gladly replace that suit with the same suit with no shipping charge. However, absolutely no returns will be accepted later then 7 calendar days from the date you received your order.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges.

Care Instructions:
Mayra Bikinis are constructed of the finest fabrics and trims that are extremely delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While all of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water.
All swimwear should be hand washed in cold or hand warm water with very mild soap. Lie flat or hang to dry in shade.
Jeweled by Mayra suits are delicate and experience normal \"wear and tear\" over time.

Mayra Bikinis are not recommended for those with metal sensitivity!
